Summary of Job
(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed) • To ensure smooth functioning of the all instrumentation, through preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance management of field instrumentation, project instrumentation and other control instrumentation, equipment’s of the specified area.
Key Responsibilities
(Performance Indicators)
• Maintenance activities of all types of instruments.
• Instrumentation design/selection/procurement/commissioning for new projects/modifications.
• Maintenance and upkeep of various analysers/environment control instruments.
• Active contribution to TPM.
• Optimization of departmental inventory, budgetary planning and reduces the R&M cost.
• Development of In-house resources & skill to reduce dependability on OEM.
• Compliance to IMS /RCMS requirements
• Preparation of SOP for quick revival & trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA System.
Qualification & Experience B. E / B. Tech – Instrumentation / I&C/ Electronics with 3-6 years of experience. Preferably in Chemical process industry.

( Technical, Functional & Behavioural) Technical:
• Software and Hardware trouble shooting skills on modern DCS, PLC/SCADA & SIS/ESD for Chemical & Power Plant.
• Well versed with complex process control, equipment protection & safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/VFD programming and troubleshooting.
• Good hand on experience on various make filed instrumentation and control instrumentation systems.
