Job Summary:
1. Diesel engine operation from PLC/HMI & Engine capacity more than 3.5MW & Wartsila DG set operation person preferred.
2. HFO/FO/LSHS/ fuel oil separator operation knowledge.
3. DCS & field Operation of Siemens make Steam Turbines of 12MW of Extraction & back pressure steam turbine & axillaries.
4. Knowledge of DG & turbine safe cold, hot startup & shutdown.
5. Operation of lube oil separators.
6. Axillaries operation like Condensate pumps, & Compressor & oil Pumps.
7. Cooling tower operation & chemical treatment of tower cooling water
8. Knowledge & participation of TPM , Sanchetna & Sankalp
Job Responsibilities:
• Plant Operation: Start, stop, and operate Bore wells, DM plants, Softeners, UF plant, cooling towers, side stream filters, Activated Carbon filter, pumps, and valves.
• Water Quality Monitoring: Test water parameters such as pH, conductivity, hardness, and silica etc. to ensure compliance with specific operational standards for boilers, Cooling towers.
• Resin Regeneration: Manage the regeneration process of ion exchange resins by transfer/preparing and dosing chemicals like hydrochloric-acid and caustic lye safely.
• Routine Maintenance & Calibration: Inspect pipelines, tanks, and valves for leaks, and calibrate instruments such as flow meters, pH & Conductivity sensors.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of plant operations, chemical consumption, and water quality metrics. Water flowmeter readings.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to environmental and safety regulations regarding chemical handling, hazardous waste, and plant housekeeping. maintaining appropriate Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPEs).
• 5S: Adherence 5S standard in plant
• Unloading of tanker: Sulphuric, Hydrochloric Acid & Caustic lye tanker unloading safely on plant premises as per routine checklist/SOP/WI
• Troubleshooting: Identify & address operational issues, system malfunctions & deviation from water quality standards.
• Process Control: Control & adjust various parameters such as flowrates, pressure & chemical dosages to maintain desired water quality to stakeholders for optimal treatment efficiency.
Strong understanding of water treatment principle & technologies. Ability to work independently & as a part of team, with excellent communication & Strong problem solving skills.

Graduation 3+ years of relevant experience in sizable or multinational companies
Knowledge of Basic computer & DCS
