Jubilant Biosys is looking for Research Associate II - InVivo Biology, Bengaluru

Experience : 4-6 Years

Qualification : MSc (Life Sciences) / M Pharmacy

Responsibilities : 

  • We are seeking a hands-on Research Associate II with 2 to 5 years of industry experience in in vivo pharmacology.
  • The successful candidate will execute oncology PK/PD, target-engagement, biomarker, and tumor-efficacy studies in rodent models. The position requires strong animal-handling skills, accurate scientific documentation, understanding of exposure-response relationships, and the ability to collaborate across discovery biology, DMPK, bioanalysis, histopathology, and medicinal chemistry teams.
  • Human tumor xenograft models
  • Syngeneic tumor models
  • Hematological malignancy models
  • Orthotopic or metastatic tumor models
  • Patient-derived xenograft studies
  • Immuno-oncology pharmacology
  • Combination efficacy studies
  • Antibody or antibody-drug conjugate studies
  • Establish and maintain tumor models, including tumor-cell implantation and monitoring of tumor growth.
  • Assist in evaluating relationships among systemic exposure, tumor exposure, target modulation, biomarker response, and antitumor efficacy.
  • Participate in the development, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting of reproducible oncology animal models.
  • Evaluation of NCEs in target engagement and efficacy models.
