• Perform sample preparation including solid-phase extraction, ultrafiltration, enzyme digestion, peptide mapping, and intact protein analysis

• Support proteomics workflows including in-solution and in-gel digestion, LC-MS/MS analysis, and protein identification and quantitation.
• Interpret HRMS data including mass spectra, extracted ion chromatograms (XIC), peptide maps, and deconvoluted protein spectra.
• Operate and maintain LC-HRMS platforms such as Q-TOF, Orbitrap, or equivalent high-resolution mass spectrometers
•  Perform degradation product characterization, PTM analysis, and stability assessment of large molecules.

 • Support ADME/DMPK and PhysChem activities, including execution of solubility, Log D/P, pKa, and stability assays

  • Document all experimental work accurately and regular uploading of data.
