Jubilant Biosys is looking for Trainee - SCM, Bengaluru

Experience : 0 to 1 Year

Education : Bachelors / Masters in Supply Chain Management /Others

Job Profile:

• Obtaining quote from vendors for all OPEX items as well as Services related to Scientific and Non-Scientific (Admin/HR/Facility)
• Co-ordination with vendors and internal stake holders on repair and maintenance works
• Negotiation with vendors for better commercial benefits as well as delivery lead time
• Converting all OPEX/Services indent to PO
• Sharing PO to respective vendors and do regular follow ups to get materials/services in time
• Follow ups with vendors for invoice after completion of works
• Maintaining software license renewal tracker
