Shall be responsible for the following activities:

• Responsibility to provide administrative support for Equipment & Instrument connected systems (Manufacturing and Quality Control Systems).

• Responsible for perform the electric data backup, restoration and verification as per the procedure (Manufacturing and Quality Control Systems).

• Responsible for perform the user management of all Quality Control & Manufacturing area computerised systems.

• Responsible for all computerised systems windows OS control (Hardening) restriction and compliance.

• Responsible for all standalone instrument/ equipment systems user privileges, as per procedure and compliance. To ensure the PM activity shall be completed monthly basis.

• Responsible to execute the initial computer systems validation of all computerised instrument/ equipment systems, as per approved protocol.

• Responsible for troubleshooting of network issues in the instrument /equipment connected systems, which is installed the respective area system applications with help of Vendor.

• IT Support shall be provided for root cause identifying with help of vendor or other CFT team members, to address the deviation or incident.

• Responsible for initiate the QMS element (CAPA, CC, Incident or deviation) related to IT activities, as per procedure.

• IT, Administrative support shall be providing for periodically privileges verification from all Quality Control and Manufacturing computerised systems.

• Responsible for monthly project creation in Quality Control computerised instrument systems, as per procedure.

• Responsible for troubleshooting and support to all users related SAP, Track-Wise & EDMS enterprise applications that enabled operations in the Nanjangud Business Unit.

• Responsible for Internal, external and regulatory audit support.

• Responsible for QMS and SDLC documentation practices.

• To ensure compliance to the configuration of the Equipment \ Instrument systems as per the respective SOP.

• Responsibility to provide administrative support for Equipment & Instrument connected systems (Manufacturing and Quality Control Systems).
