Requirements:

1. Ensure work place safety at all times by following Safety SOPs.

2. Knowledge on retrieval and storage of working standards and columns

3. Working knowledge on mobile phase preparation, sample preparation, and analysis of API samples using HPLC (Shimadzu/Waters/Agilent) systems

4. Knowledge on column washing techniques

5. Adequate knowledge on Empower software operations and Good chromapractices

6. Adequate knowledge of final compilation of raw data, chromatographic data, and recording of analytical data, appropriately in respective raw data forms.

7. Adequate knowledge on Labware LIMS.

8. Sound knowledge on Analytical Method Validation of Purity and Assay test methods by HPLC as per SOP.

9. Proven experience on following ALCOA+ principles all the time

10. Calibration of analytical instruments like analytical balance, pH meter etc. related to HPLC analysis

11. Prompt reporting of OOS/OOT/Laboratory Incidents/Deviations

12. Experience in facing regulatory inspections like USFDA, ANVISA, TGA, PMDA

13. Should be willing to work in shifts and extended hours basis requirement
