The Position

The Engineer II - Plant Project is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering and capital projects within manufacturing facilities. The role ensures successful project delivery in compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, budgetary, and timeline requirements. The incumbent will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Procurement, and external contractors to support plant expansion, equipment installation, utility enhancement, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute plant engineering and capital projects.Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments.Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure proper documentation and project closure activities.
